Refund policy

Cancellation Policy 

If balloon bouquet, arrangement, or decoration is cancelled at least 2 days before the delivery/pick up date, then, What's Popping Balloons will retain 50% of the total price and will refund the remaining 50%. 

If balloon bouquet, arrangement, or decoration is cancelled within 1 day or less before the delivery/pick up date, then, What's Popping Balloons will retain 100% of the total price.

To be eligible for a full refund, the balloon bouquet, arrangement, or decoration must be cancelled at a maximum of 4 hours after placing the order and the delivery/pick-up date must be at least 7 days out. 

Our products are highly customized and unfortunately it is very difficult to accept returns or refunds.
